take time

Think about this.

You may not realize it, but it's 100% true.

1.At least 2 people in this world love you so much they would die for you.

2.At least 15 people in this world love you in some way.

3.A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.

4.Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

5.You mean the world to someone.

6.If not for you, someone may not be living.

7.You are special and unique.

8.When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good can still come from it.

9.When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look: you most likely turned your back on the world.

10.Someone that you don't even know exists loves you.

11.Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks.

12. Always tell someone how you feel about them; you will feel much better when they know and you'll both be happy.

13.If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they are great.

Stress

More from the EMail
From: "Nestor Bustillo"

A lecturer when explaining stress management to an audience, raised a glass of water and asked 'How heavy is this glass of water?'

Answers called out ranged from 20g to 500g.

The lecturer replied, 'The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long you try to hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you'll have to call an ambulance. In each case, it's the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.'

He continued, 'And that's the way it is with stress management. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won't be able to carry on. '

'As with the glass of water, you have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we're refreshed, we can carry on with the burden.'

'So, before you return home tonight, put the burden of work down . Don't carry it home. You can pick it up tomorrow. Whatever burdens you're carrying now, let them down for a moment if you can.'

So, my friend, Put down anything that may be a burden to you right now. Don't pick it up again until after you've rested a while.

Here are some great ways of dealing with the burdens of life:
* Accept that some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue.
* Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them.
* Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
* Drive carefully. It's not only cars that can be recalled by their maker.
* If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
* If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
* It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply be kind to others.
* Never put both feet in your mouth at the same time , because then you won't have a leg to stand on.
* Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.
* Since it's the early worm that gets eaten by the bird, sleep late.
* The second mouse gets the cheese.
* When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
* Birthdays are good for you. The more you have, the longer you live.
* You may be only one person in the world, but you may also b e the world to one person.
* Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
* We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.
*A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour. €

Have an awesome day and know that someone has thought about you today.. I did.

There is nothing that can happen today that God and I can't handle!

TOUCHSTONE HILLS

Dear Friend,

I am happy to announce that my book

TOUCHSTONE HILLS

Based on a True Story

is now available online. It is a story about the youth, for the youth, based on actual events that transpired in my own life. The making of this book is a miracle by itself, along with other miraculous circumstances behind the preparation of this book

Thanks,
Carol delos Santos

The untold story of hundreds of young people in the Philippines........ portrayed through the eyes of a nineteen-year-old girl.

The story of Daphne --- an officer of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), UP student, born and raised in traditional religious beliefs, and her awakening moments to the awesome reality of God.

================================================================
'...Do you have any idea what a touchstone really is? It's pretty interesting, you know. A touchstone is a siliceous rock that is used to test the purity of gold. It's an ordinary-looking rock with a noble purpose --- to ensure purity --- just as our Touchstone Hills has become testing ground for the pureness of our hearts, if you see what I mean,' she said.

'That is interesting,' I muttered.

'And that's not all,' she went on with much enthusiasm. 'The word touchstone was also used in Shakepeare's play 'As You Like It'. It referred to a tradition among early Christians --- an attitude of willingness to look foolish in order to achieve things that are good and worthwhile.'

'How very appropriate,' I said. 'Because we did look foolish to a lot of people. But I don't see how it could've achieved anything good.... In the corporate world, this would have been like a full-blown image crisis, a public relations catastrophe.'

Friends are like COFFEE

Coffee, cream and sugar differ in taste.
So are friends - each has different attitudes,
lifestyles and interests
BUT when coffee, cream and sugar are mixed
and friends are together,
they make the perfect blend.

Cherish your friends
regardless of who they are
coz they make your life
kinda perfect....like coffee :)

Lyrics

TURN IT AROUND

All things are possible for you
All things are possible
Nothings to difficult for you
Nothings to difficult
I’m ready for change
I’m ready for reign
I’m ready for favor
I know you are able

Chorus:
Turn it around
Open the windows of heaven
Pour out the blessing overflow
Turn it around
Open the windows of heaven
Pour it around the blessing we can’t contain
Let it rain!
Bridge:
You have turned my mourning to dancing
You have turned my sorrow to joy
You have turned my whole life around
So I thank you, thank you Lord

Don't Get BUSY, God Triumphs Always

SATAN'S MEETING
Satan called a worldwide convention of demons.
In his opening address he said:
"We can't keep Christians from going to church."
"We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth."
"We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their saviour."
"Once they gain that connection with Jesus, our power over them is broken."
"So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners, BUT steal their time, so they don't have timeto develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.."
"This is what I want you to do," said the devil: "Distract them from gaining hold of their Saviour and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!"
"How shall we do this?" his demons shouted.
"Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerableschemes to occupy their minds," he answered.
"Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow."
"Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands towork 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles."
"Keep them from spending time with their children."
"As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escapefrom the pressures of work!"
"Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice."
"Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive." To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays non-biblical music constantly.""This will jam their minds and break that union with Christ."
"Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers.""Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day."
"Invade their driving moments with billboards."
"Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogs, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes.."
"Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, andthey'll become dissatisfied with their wives. "
"Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night."
"Give them headaches too! "
"If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere."
"That will fragment their families quickly!"
"Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Christmas."
"Give them an Easter bunny so they won't talk about his resurrection and power over sin and death."
"Even in their recreation, let them be excessive."
"Have them return from their recreation exhausted."
"Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on God's creation. Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead."
"Keep them busy, busy, busy!"
"And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubledconsciences. "
"Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Jesus." "Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause."

"It will work!" "It will work!" It was quite a plan!
The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Christians everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there.

Does "BUSY" mean: B-eing U-nderS-atan's Y-oke?

You be the judge!!!!!!!!!
